Mahaprabhu Chaitanydev, when first started (doing sankirtan) first day, with no mrdanga and no kartatals, only clapping, and the song was 'hari haraye namah krishna yadvaya namah...yadvaya madhvaya keshvaya namah...and all the students (of Mahaprabhu) they wrapped up their books and they took a vow that 'We shall not read again, we will chant Hare Krishna!"
